  We stayed as a family for 4 nights in the spa villa. There was a mix up with some missing items upon arrival which was sorted out the next morning and we were given a bit of a refund for the inconvenience.
  
  The wifi was very slow and would frequently drop out. The tv only had the basic channels and there's no dvd player.
  
  There were no electric blankets on the bed or in the cupboard. Perhaps they only come out in winter. We utilised all the blankets that were available in our villa.
  
  There is no playground at the motel, but there are some only a short drive
  away. Canberra city is only about 10 minutes away.
  
  The kids thought the bunk beds were awesome. Overall, this motel is a great budget friendly option that is conveniently located to the top attractions.

  My family had an extended stay at the Canberra Carotel Motel in January 2021. We stayed in the two bedroom spa villa. The villa was very spacious, and clean. The kitchen had all the necessities and the spa was wonderful. The stand out about this motel though is the amazing staff that went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable during our stay, a special mention and thank you to the lovely Anna.
  
  The surrounding environment is lovely, lots of kangaroos around. I would recommend a stay, especially families with young children that require space.

  Great location and friendly staff. The villa could do with a deep clean and thorough airing, also with some minor repairs.

  The staff were so accommodating and helpful. We turned up with 2 cars with car trailers and they took away all our concerns about parking them safely and close to our cottage.

  Service friendly. Reasonable price. Cane with a free entry to the dinosaur museum which the kids loved.

  Good sized rooms, very comfortable. Helpful staff were able to provide an earlier check in time which was really great. Very clean rooms and in a wonderful location.
